Artist's Statement
As an artist I express my passion for nature through my artworks. I want to encourage the viewer's appreciation of nature and its beauty. There are rare times when the un-tapped beauty of nature is visible and no words to describe how breath-taking it can be. It is becoming harder to view due to the disconnection between man and nature. My goal as an artist is to re-connect man with nature. As an artist I have my own narrative but I don't want to influence the viewer's narrative. It is important to me that my paintings stimulate the emotions, memories and thoughts of the viewer.
